I’m a qualified coach with a B.Sc.degree, majoring in Psychology and Physiology, and more than 25 years of real-world experience leading teams, mentoring individuals, and supporting both personal and professional growth. Over the years I’ve worked across business, leadership, and life transitions, so I understand how challenging and deeply personal it can feel to navigate change, whether it’s stepping into a new role, making a career shift, or responding to that quiet inner call for something to evolve.

Alongside my coaching practice, I am a registered Headspace Career Mentor and have completed my Psychosocial Recovery Coach training through Swinburne University, which allows me to bring a deeper awareness of mental health and wellbeing into my work with clients.

As a Certified Professional Behaviour Analyst (CPBA), I use DISC profile assessments together with other tools like Driving Forces and EQ insights to help people understand their behavioural patterns, communication styles, and inner motivators. These insights provide a strong foundation for coaching conversations, giving you practical and empowering ways to work with who you are, not against yourself.

I’m a proud member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and I continue to invest in my professional development through accredited training. I hold myself to high standards, not just in credentials but in how I show up: with presence, professionalism, and a clear focus on you.

What makes my coaching different is the way I blend neuroscience, behavioural insight, and practical action, always balanced with heart. At the centre of my practice is a commitment to other-centred coaching: showing up with empathy, respect, and a genuine desire to help you grow in ways that feel meaningful, sustainable, and truly your own.

Bernie Kruger

Empowering change through other-centred coaching is more than a method, it’s how I show up for people. I grew up in South Africa and emigrated to Australia in 2007, overcoming challenges that tested my resilience. Alongside many life goals, I’ve also faced mental health struggles, giving me lived experience of what it means to rebuild with courage and support.

This shapes my approach: placing your experience, values, goals, and context at the centre. Other-centred coaching is grounded in empathy, humility, and service. I set aside my own agenda to focus on deep listening, genuine attunement, and co-creating a way forward that feels authentic and sustainable for you…
