These include my Connected Life Map for exploring balance across different life areas, values mapping to uncover what truly drives you, and behavioural assessments like DISC, Driving Forces, and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to deepen self-awareness and strengthen relationships. These tools don’t define you, but they shine a light on patterns and possibilities you may not have noticed before.
I draw on neuroscience-based coaching, positive psychology, and frameworks like the GROW model, but the process is always tailored to you. Some sessions focus on reflection and fresh perspectives, others on building habits, planning next moves, or strengthening skills for resilience and confidence.
